Initially, it was for Electric and Elite.

Electric bikes are more accessible for everyone. There is no need to be an athlete to use them. It is for this reason that we encourage and facilitate their use. 

The term Elite refers to our <<superior quality of service>>.  The priority at e-Cycliste is the cyclist and their safety. Regardless of the bike you ride, it has to be, above all else, safe. Your bike also has to be comfortable, which is why we have created our Zone Confort where we have equipment and software that allows us to help you have the best fitting and sizing for your bike.

Eric Thibault, owner and head mechanic started repairing bikes in 1984. He spent 26 years as an avionics technicians with the Canadian Forces. In 2015, he took his retirement and operated a mobile bike repair franchise. Natasha entered his life and his business in 2016 and found that they shared the same passion for bikes and life. 

Whether electric, road, mountain, racing, summer or winter, he has an experience and a story to tell.

Natasha Zanolin, a passionate owner. She is a passionate cyclist who loves to move. Dynamic and welcoming, a seasoned and passionate businesswoman. Natasha has more than 20 years of management and customer service experience. She was a store owner and manager. She treats all of her clients as she would like to be treated.
